On large hires and booking in advance, you may be requested to pay a small deposit. This is usually 10% of invoice total. The deposit is refundable providing cancellation is within our terms and conditions - see below;

1/ hiring Marquees & bookings of £250 and over - If a deposit has been paid, we

require 7 days notice of cancellation to receive a full refund.

2/ any booking made up to the value of £250 only requires 72 hours

notice for a full refund.

Please note; A deposit is NOT usually required but will depend on season

and availability of equipment.
